Video won’t load

Try these in order:

Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R).
Turn off ad blockers for this site — they often kill the player.
Switch source in the player if one host is down.
Chrome or Firefox if Safari shows a black screen.

Can’t sign in / account not activated

Email sign-up needs a verification link. Didn’t get it? Resend it here. Google and Passkey skip that step.

Where are subs / dub?

Captions and audio live in the player controls. On Latest, filter by Sub, Dub, or language.

What does Enhance do?

Upscales soft streams. Toggle it from the control bar. While it’s on, right-click (or long-press) to cycle Fast / Balanced / Quality. 1440p+ stays native — Enhance doesn’t run on those.

Volume stuck at 100%?

Gear menu → Volume, or use ↑ / ↓ while watching. Native streams go up to 200%. Embed players use their own controls.

Colored chunks on the progress bar

Those are skip sections (episode / OP / ED) when we have the data. Hover the bar for names and timestamps.

How do I report something?

Use Report on a comment, review, or stream for that specific thing. Account / policy / everything else: message the mods (sign-in required).

Mobile?

Yes — it’s a normal website. Add it to your home screen if you want. No separate app.
